Vladimir Nikolaevich was born in 1956 in the village of Klisheva, Moscow Region.
He grew up in an ordinary family: his father worked as a factory locksmith, and his mother was a weaver at a textile mill.
After finishing school, he enrolled in an aviation technical school, where he obtained a specialty that enabled him to work for over 10 years as a technician at Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow. He later graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers and became an aircraft maintenance engineer.
Since 1988, he has been engaged in scientific research, while also exploring entrepreneurship during the perestroika years. One of the main business directions soon became tourism and the construction of privately owned hotels in Lithuania.
In the early 2000s, he defended his candidate’s dissertation at the Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences and became a corresponding member. His scientific work focused on the harmful effects of environmental factors on human health. Later, he joined the Moscow Council of Innovators and Inventors.
For more than 13 years, he was involved in workplace certification related to physical factors and was accredited by Rospotrebnadzor (the Russian Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being).
He is the developer of the passive Neitronic antennas, designed to reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation on the human body. By 2017, over 1,000,000 Neitronic devices had been sold worldwide.
He founded the non-profit organization “VALKON,” through which he continues to actively promote research on healthy living and longevity.
He has been a vegan for over 25 years.
He has children and grandchildren.
